I’m no photographer nor do I claim to be, but I really like how this one turned out. I took it with my LG V30 phone and brought it into paint.net for minor contrast and brightness adjustments.
It was about 2°C last night. That’s just under 36 Fahrenheit for y’all. The fingers and toes got pretty chilly but there’s no snow and salt on the ground yet... So I’ll keep on riding.
Guys hucking it off the most ridiculous terrain you’ll ever see a bicycle on, what’s not to love? The stream begins at noon Eastern time tomorrow:
Found a 1:18 scale Triumph Daytona that’s an exact match for my bike. So friggin cute I can’t even. For my Ninja I had a matching keychain:
Found on the Walmart website. What’s sad is some poor schmuck will buy this thinking it’s the shit, whereas in reality it is using components from two decades ago. Pleeease take your $300 (HOW CAN THIS PILE OF CRAP COST THAT MUCH??) elsewhere and get a much better bike for not too much more.
I just put together this video from a trip I took down to the Tail of the Dragon at the start of the riding season with Peter Black and some other friends. It was my first time down there so I am sloooow but a couple local guys totally decimated all of us during a run.
News coming in that John Dunsworth, known for playing Jim Lahey on Trailer Park Boys, has passed away. RIP. The shithawks weep tonight.
Yesterday I was going eastbound in my bike lane approaching a ‘T’ intersection where my direction of travel has no stop (the top line of the T). There were some eastbound cars up ahead signalling for a right turn (onto the vertical line of the T) so I begin to coast in order to leave enough room. As I approach the…
(Repost for weekend crowd) Since I no longer have a bike of my own I’ve been doing more writing than riding. And because Lanesplitter is as much of a ghost town as HD showrooms this year I’m sharing the content with Oppo!
Just picked her up and have added about 100 km with another hundred to go until home. 07 with just 5k km on the clock. It feels good to have a fast bike again.
If yes, can someone do a quick check on this guy for me? Thanks in advance.
This is a terrible shop but still funny.
It’s nearly 2 am here and I hope everyone’s night has been as fine as mine. I’m enjoying an Ontario craft beer called Farmer’s Daughter. It’s a perfect mixture of sweet and bitter and I’ll be buying more of it. I’ve also been riding my girlfriend’s CBR250R tonight because my Ninja is sadly no longer with us and, for…
Hyundai Elantra with only 12k km on the clock. It’s already taken us through New Brunswick and PEI. Nova Scotia and Newfoundland are left.
It was a fantastic weekend right up to the point it wasn’t. Attended a wedding near Algonquin Park and stayed for hiking, the Infiniti crossed the 200,000 km mark, and I came home to a missing bike.
Reason for travel was business but we had plenty of time to do some sightseeing around here. Drove a Citroen C4 from London to Swindon, Birmingham, and Manchester. Not a fan of the car or the way you Brits drive. I’m not used to this environment - quit tailgating me! Saw a RAF heli land at Kensington Palace and a Jag…
Happy Independence Day y’all. I’m Canadian and currently at work but it’s a slow day because you folks make up the biggest chunk of our client base and are all taking the day off. So, if you’re bored like I am feel free to read this article I put together about tools, and this house/techno/trance set I mixed together.
With all the hate Uber gets around here I thought this would be a fun article to share!
Went for a nice walk today around the neighborhood. Saw this:
