I want to put bronze wheels on my red car:
Has anyone driven an Impreza with the 2.5L N/A engine and a manual transmission? Is it fun to drive?
Tell me everything there is to know! Anyone owned one?
So I’ve been grappling with the whole idea of trading in my financed Accord with the CVT and my brain just keeps running in circles. Buy something close to the value of my Accord like a Civic Si, but something older like a 8th gen Si or RSX, buy a Miata...
Volvo V50 R-Design. Hot damn.
Has anyone driven/owned one? How are they reliability wise?
I’m continuing my search for manual cars to replace my Honda Accord Coupe (CVT); what does Oppo think of the Mazda 3 GT with a manual? Does it make for an entertaining daily driver?
Anyone owned one? Anything to look out for reliability wise?
I’m continuing to flirt with the idea of trading in my CVT Accord Coupe for a manual daily. If you had $5-10k, what would you do Oppo?
Has anyone here had one? Is there anything I should look for when buying one used? IIRC, didn’t the 08/09 have some transmission issues? I’m getting the itch to buy a manual daily driver and I’m really considering one of these. Any insight would be greatly appreciate :)

I called a local shop, ordered the wheels, got home and looked at the invoice to discover the width of the steel…
After learning to drive a manual transmission on the $500 Saturn and listing it for sale, I finally got an interested party in my ad. I was immediately excited that someone was interested, then overcome with sadness that I’d no longer have a manual car to drive around in. Herein lies my problem.
Thanks Matt Farah, that was awesome!
So after taking my wife out on the weekend to teach her to drive standard and her proceeding to do it better than I did, the time has come to sell the $500 Saturn SL I picked up 2 months ago.
Has anyone had any experience with a S2000 in the winter? How does she do with snow tires?
Our schedules have finally freed up and it’s time for me to teach my wife how to drive stick on the $500 Saturn. This should be fun.
